However, it is maitre d' Monica Bauche's carefully chosen wine list, sophisticated minimalist decor and gracious warm manner that is the soul of FID. Serving dinner from Tuesday to Sunday and lunch from Wednesday to Friday, FID's limited capacity of 40 makes the restaurant an ideal choice for corporate or private functions.
