The Early Bird is a restaurant located in London. We are a small independant restaurant that focuses on fresh local ingredients made to order. From produce to protein, our kitchen continues to search for quality sustainable Canadian products. All proteins are prepared in house using various methods of curing, smoking, grinding and pressing. Fresh products are delivered daily to avoid using frozen or processed products.
